We found out the health benefits of our ingredients. We had to use healthy ingredients!
You will need 1 banana ,5 blueberries,5 strawberries,1/2 can of peaches no juice,1/4 jar of pitted cherries no juice,1/2 mango,5 apple slices, one cup of coconut water and some chilly pineapple to give it that tropical taste! That´s how you make our smoothie!
